How much will it cost to ship my order?

Latitude 33 offers several different shipping methods to meet your delivery needs. We calculate our shipping cost based on the weight and quantity of items in your order, and the delivery method chosen. Your shipping and handling charges are summarized at checkout.

When will my order be shipped?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 48 hours. Please note that during periods of high volume, it may take longer. Orders place over the weekend are usually shipped Monday.

Stock availability is not guaranteed. If an item is out of stock we will contact you with an estimated shipping date for your order.

How will my items by sent?

All orders are shipped via UPS. Tracking information is available to you once your item(s) get shipped.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Unfortunately we do not ship outside the United States.

What if I would like to cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?

Once an order is placed, it usually gets processed immediately and cannot be changed (this helps us get your order to you as quickly as possible). If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please call one of our customer sales representatives at (310) 510-2494 and we’ll see what we can do.
